Paddle Georgia Needs Volunteers

Paddle Georgia needs your help! Volunteers are needed for drivers, canoe trailers, and vehicles to pull trailers. In addition, help is needed for registration at Gilmer County High School on June 19^th, from 1 – 8 pm. This includes help with paperwork, for registration as well as providing information and directing traffic.

Help is needed on July 20^th between the hours of 11 AM & 2PM for assisting in the portage of boats from the Coosawattee River Resort to Ridgeway Boat Ramp.

Finally, help will be needed between the hours of 1PM & 5Pm for the portage of the boats around Carters Lake Dam. This will involve assistance in loading & unloading boats and driving trailers around Carters Lake Dam.
